The supplier provides 24-hour telephone consultation services to the users of the company's products (the buyer), and the buyer can contact the supplier's technical service personnel by telephone at the first time in the event of normal production or failure.The service personnel of the supplier will provide technical advice and answers. For routine problems, solutions can be provided at any time. Special problems need to be answered after consultation with the technical team. If necessary, the supplier will send after-sales service personnel according to the needs of the buyer to enter the user. For on-site equipment testing and troubleshooting, the buyer must provide the necessary coordination and convenience for the service personnel, so that the service personnel can arrive at the buyer's site as soon as possible and put into work.The time from the supplier's receipt of the demander's request for help to the technical team's determination of the plan to the dispatch of technical personnel should not exceed 48 hours.
