Product technical service

The supplier provides equipment use, maintenance, overhaul, and operating instructions;

The supplier provides 24-hour telephone consultation services to the users of the company's products (the buyer), and the buyer can contact the supplier's technical service personnel by telephone at the first time in the event of normal production or failure.The service personnel of the supplier will provide technical advice and answers. For routine problems, solutions can be provided at any time. Special problems need to be answered after consultation with the technical team. If necessary, the supplier will send after-sales service personnel according to the needs of the buyer to enter the user. For on-site equipment testing and troubleshooting, the buyer must provide the necessary coordination and convenience for the service personnel, so that the service personnel can arrive at the buyer's site as soon as possible and put into work.The time from the supplier's receipt of the demander's request for help to the technical team's determination of the plan to the dispatch of technical personnel should not exceed 48 hours.

Product quality assurance and after-sales service

During the warranty period, if the product is damaged due to the design, manufacture or material, the supplier is responsible for free maintenance or replacement of parts; after the warranty period, the supplier will provide timely repair and maintenance for life, and the repair will only charge the material cost;

For the products used by the buyer, the supplier will make regular return visits in a planned way to understand the operating status of the equipment, solve possible doubts during the operation of the unit, eliminate potential failures, and keep the unit in good working condition. The supplier guarantees that it can easily purchase the relevant parts of the supplied goods within ten years, and guarantees to provide high-quality parts at a price not higher than the market price.

The supplier shall provide the technical drawings reasonably required by the buyer; the supplier shall provide the upgrade or replacement of the original electrical control system.

Training of users on the demand side

The supplier trains the buyer's personnel for free. The training is divided into two stages. The first stage is carried out in the supplier's manufacturing plant. The training content of the training buyer's personnel mainly includes the working principle, structure, process, operation of the whole device and system. , maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting.

The second stage is carried out at the installation site of the purchaser's equipment, focusing on the operation, repair, maintenance, inspection and maintenance of the equipment, etc. It is mainly combined with the on-site operation demonstration of the equipment, aiming at the actual operation of the equipment by the purchaser's personnel to meet the formal production requirements for employees .

The final assessment is mainly in the form of on-site operation and maintenance knowledge questions and answers, focusing on the proficiency and understanding of the actual operation of the buyer's personnel, improving the ability to predict the possible problems of the equipment, and using the reasonable methods and methods mastered. To take corresponding measures to improve safety production awareness, to avoid production accidents and personal safety accidents that may be caused by wrong operation and maintenance.

The qualified engineers of the supplier shall be responsible for the training of basic knowledge such as structural principle, performance, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting for technical management personnel, operators and maintenance personnel. Training effect: The user personnel are required to reach a certain level of proficiency, which will be recognized by both parties after assessment.
